TT-The Boy’s Chest of Drawers

Last week we bought the boys a new chest of drawers to store their clothes.  The existing wardrobe which we had for them was bursting and it was time we got them a proper cupboard to store their clothes.

This week I packed away their baby clothes and sorted out the clothes to put in the different drawers.  I’m amazed at how fast they outgrow their clothes.  It seemed not long ago that they were still in onesizes and sleepsuits.  Now they are in 3T and 5T respectively.

Baby clothes are certainly not really long lasting. I  had to throw away 4 big bag of clothes that  were either discoloured or badly faded.

I’ve packed some still usable clothes away in another cupboard for cold storage till the next baby comes along. 🙂

What have you tackled this week?

My Dream Refrigerator

Earlier on this month I wrote about the 10 things that I would like to have Here is the item that I managed to cross off the list the week after I wrote the post

Panosonic NR-F52TX – My  latest “addition” to the family.

I’m so happy that I finally get a fridge small enough to fit our kitchen yet big enough in capacity to hold all the groceries that we need for our growing family.

This 6 door  compartmentalised fridge makes it easy to locate everything being stored in the drawers and shelves. The previous fridge made it difficult to retrive stuff put on the shelves and had tiny drawers for vegetables. As a results most of the purchases had to be put on the shelves and it was hard to see what was stored on the shelves. Food went “missing ” within the fridge and sometimes had to be thrown away if they went past their expiry dates.

One thing off the list has been ticked off… now 9 more to go 🙂
